Love is a participatory exhibition created in homage to George Michael as part of the Highgate Festival. Inspired by his enduring message of compassion, courage, and humanity, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on what it truly means to choose love—especially in challenging times.
At the heart of the project is a simple but powerful gesture: share a memory, a comment, or an idea by writing directly onto the gallery wall. As each person contributes, the space transforms into a living tapestry of collective voice—an evolving tribute shaped by the community itself.
Both personal and communal, Love celebrates connection, openness, and the unifying spirit that defined George Michael’s legacy. Through shared words and stories, the exhibition becomes not only a remembrance but an active expression of empathy and togetherness.
